I ordered a box set for Christmas and still have not received it. After contacting the company this is the response I received: I just spoke with our customs broker. They have cleared your package and it is now with your local carrier. It should arrive within 3-5 working days. It will arrive with the postal system (Canadapost).

We were billed nearly $18 for taxes & duties and therefore you will not be charged anything when it is delivered.

We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience.
