False Advertising - Toys R Us

This week they had an ad "buy Scribblenauts Wii U and get ANY Wii U or Wii game 59.99 or less for 60% off". I tried this, but it wouldn't take 60% off Monster Hunter 3. Now other preorders worked, and when I contacted them they told me it was only eligible titles. But the ad says ANY Wii U game 59.99 or less, so Monster Hunter 3, being 59.99, falls into the eligibility stated on the ad. After 3 attempts to get them to fix the price or the advertisement, I decided to buy from Best Buy and pay a bit more.
