Fraudualent Advertising

Back in December of 1012, I went ahead & filled out an online promotion for Zynga.com (For Chase Freedom Platinum Credit Card) To Receive $500.00 Farm Bucks once application was completed, in which it was. I received a reply from Chase Bank on 12/22 that I was turned down for the Platinum card. I have extensively tried to get a response by email to both Zynga & Facebook with No Results. Again this morning they are doing the same thing with there Advertising to the Public just to lock them in and get all there information then give them Nothing In Return with no way to get them to Live Up To Their Responsibility To Us, The Consumer. I feel as if these big Online Companies are taking advantage of me. What Can I Do About This? Please help me get to the bottom of This Fraud Zynga.com is committing
