Ordered China Beach DVD series on 11 Jan received email stating had been shipped on 20 Jan and it would be delivered in 1-3 weeks. Delivery by standard post with no tracking (should have heard alarm bells then). Emailed them on 13 Feb to say goods not received only to have the email bounce back as undeliverable. Tried to go to their website which no longer exists. From all I have since discovered it seems I am not the only one in this position. Have contacted my credit card company who said they would endeavour to recover funds from the seller, but I won't hold my breath as it looks like they've done a runner. Don't use this company
