Called and said I had applied for school and financial help. I was leary but when he said it was only 3.87 and why would the government try and scam you. I gave information. And he gave me a confirmation number of 233381. He said his name was James White and the other person was James Parker. They pass you from person to person. They say they are waiving the 59.95 fee. And you can cancel within 10 days. He gave 2 telephone numbers 800 558 0064 and 866 549 6225. He also said you had to wait til the next day after 6pm bcs the system takes that long to create your file. It is wrong for people to prey on people that are looking for help.
