I purchase the go bigger plan 45.00/mo for 8gb of use. I just received this email "A review of your account shows that your usage continues to be among the highest users of the Internet on the Go service for the plans that you have purchased. As a result we will suspend your account for 7 days. You will not be able to use the service or refill your account until 02/21.

After the suspension we will continue to monitor your usage to ensure it complies with our Fair Use Policy. We value you as a customer and hope to be able to provide you with the Internet on the Go service again after the suspension period."

They simply stop my access to internet, but my 30 days keep ticking away. There have not supplied anyone to call, no information, nothing. I do not even know how much data I have used this month, I can't access my account. I purchased the data, and they said I used to much of the purchased data, but not all of it. The only big thing that was done online was updating windows to the various machines in the house. How can using the data I purchased be abuse of a policy?
