I ordered a canon 5d mark ii ahead of the holiday sale period. As seems routine now, I was up sold to accessories, half of them were not not sent. The camera was defective, returned via FedEx as requested after securing a return merchandise authorization number from them. Since then there has been complete silence. No acknowledgement, phone calls and emails are not returned. I believe I've been scammed and will keep trying. If there's a class action case possible, I would like to sign-up. Not sure how they continue to flourish with all the complaints that I should have seen earlier -a stupid mistake. Stay clear. Spent that extra 400 $... Get a product that works. Ajrichies is a fraudulent operator with zero business ethics.
