I signed up for a free trial and was charged immediately and this was in 2011. I never received any emails or any updates to remind me that I still had an active membership. No alerts on my credit, nothing. Unfortunately, I don't look at my bank statements closely and my wife found the charge and started to research. I have been charged 15 times since I signed up for the free trial period and cancelled the service. Shame on me. So, I called to cancel and ask for my money back. No can do. The person I spoke to was rude and when I asked for a confirmation on cancellation by email she rattled off some number and hung up. Truly an unprofessional organization. Quick to take your money!!!
