I made a purchase for a 1999 Volkswagon Jetta through "eBay." I had received several emails from a man who claimed to be "Sgt. Randy Burbacka" located at Torreejon Air Base
USAF1,121 Squadron (EF-18A/B) Madrid, Spain. A number provided to me only said "569-6864." iHe and I only exchanged a few emails, and after that I only had contact with eBay, where I had received claims of gaurantees and payment processing info. The invoice number provided to me was "114654330." All of the emails I received were very very convincing. Having never dealt with eBay, I believed them.
