I recently contacted my bank to reverse an unauthorized charge of $39.95 from Just Fab, that caused me to overdraft. I had to contact the BBB to file a complaint.

The next day, I got an e-mail from JustFab saying they will issue a refund in 2-5 days. But, it looks like they took an EXTRA $39.95 out of my account! Had I not deposited extra money in my account, they would have caused me to overdraft again!

What's even more scary is that I canceled the card that I used to buy a pair of shoes with them back in September. Several months later (Feb), they mysteriously managed to get my new debit card information to make these unauthorized charges.

Right now, I am in the process of trying to delete my account. All of the live chat consultants on Just Fab are always conveniently offline, and I don't have the patience to put up with rude customer service on the phone. I will never purchase from them again.
