I received a letter telling me i had won $1,150, 000. Deposited in there financial security bank & i was to call 1-863-266-4341 which i did. A foreign sounding voice ans. Who asked me for information of my bank and ss # etc. I did give my drivers lic.# then i was told i would hear from his supervisor. Which i did hear from the next day fri. 8th who then told me the check was ready to be released but i would be required to pay the insurance & del. Charge of $3800.00 i said i couldn't & wouldn't pay the money i was told that it was fri. And he would get back to me on mon. 2/11 no call so i called him
