Claim number ADS - 536-4867-NMM and that I was one of the lucky winners in the second category, I was hestiate but my husband instisted that I call the number and contacted Tony Williams I did so and left a voice mail per letter the number I dialed was at 1-778-859-1777; he called me back on a Monday, verified and old phone number from a year ago that I had. I had scanned the check and I could see void all over it, I mentioned it to him and would send call me back. We did not hear from him again.
