Employer failed to pay salary and commissions promised in writing and by contract, even after contract was dissolved. Employer promised a stipend of $1000 a month plus commissions on sales 50/50 split.

Also, I recieved a 1099 tax form for 2012 that is fruadulent. I was paid a salary with tax deductions for 3 pay periods. The 1099 shows no taxes withheld. The taxes were withheld and stolen by the employer.

I can attach all the proof you need. The pay stubs for that period and the 1099.
