I purchased Maroon 5 tickets for my daughter for next month in San Jose. The tickets have someone else's name on them. When I realized this I called them. I got a recording due to bad weather they were shut down. I called again today several times and was put on hold and nobody ever answered (one time in excess of two hours). I also keep getting my e-mails sent back as undeliverable. The venue is 2 1/2 hours from our home so I want to be sure everything is okay before the concert.
