I placed an order for the Aquarug on the TV special of Buy One, Get One Free with only shipping and handling charges for the second rug. That would come to $35.97.instead, my account was charged (immediately) $71.94. More than 24 hours later, after 3 phone calls, they still cannot find my order. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but of course, none was available. I will dispute this entire charge with my credit card company and bank.
