I ordered sample bottles of Lipo Slim & Natural Cleanse from Green Coffee Products. I was then automatically sent 2 more bottles and charged the amount of $159.97, so I canceled and called the company. The company tried talking me into keeping the products and only be charged 50%. I said no, I want to return the product and get a refund. The woman there informed me that there will be a $25.90 restocking fee and they would credit the balance. As of today 2/10 they have not credited my credit card and I have proof of mailing and product was returned. How can this company keep doing this?
