On June 5, I ordered a trial of Lipo slim and and Natural Cleanse for $4.95, each. The product arrived, at my home, on June 20. The following day I received an email informing me that the trial period was over and that I would be charged the regular price of $79.99 per product! I immediately called the customer support number and was informed, by their representative, that the 14 day trial had begun on the DAY I ORDERED the products After a great deal of discussion, first having been offered a 50% discount, I was told that the products could be returned for a restocking fee of between $10 and $15 - couldn't quite figure out the exact amount. The representative, with whom I spoke, refused to allow me to speak with her supervisor. I tried locating the distributors that are listed on the backs of the botttles, but neither address appears to be legitimate.
I will be returning the products, according to their very specific instructions, to Green Coffee Diet LLC, but am concerned about getting back my money and being charged additional amounts - something that appears to have happened to someone else.
Is there a comsumer protection organization, in Arizona, to whom I can report this?
