I purchased a x5 steam cleaner as advertised on freechoice web site in October after only using for 5 minutes it stopped working. I contacted liberascalta through e. Mail and was given a returns number after a lot of problems. I then returned the cleaner but since doing so I have not had any refund and no longer have a cleaner. The company also advertised express delivery for ten pounds, which I paid but the cleaner took 16 weeks to arrive. My son also bought a cleaner from them which also has stopped working, resulting in the same monetary loss.
