Won't take calls about bad service... They know they are wrong and won't give out CEO information or phone numbers. All of there phones are non-people so they can pick and choose who and whn they want to talk. Using substandard managements company. Other company only stayed 3 months they said the problem was Maronda Homes, money, etc.
