I seen a tv commercial for the buy one get one free (Precision Nuwave Induction cooktop) and decided to purchase it by phone order on Feb. 2 2013 called on Feb 4 to cancel order because my mother in law also purchased two of them one for us. I was told by the customer service is it was already sent out on Sunday the 3 of Feb which is hard for me to believe since mail does not run on weekends. So I asked her if I do not open and send it back for a refund what my refund would be and she said out of the 447.16 dollars I would get back only a little over a hundred dollars because the shipping and handling cost was over 300.00. What a scam.
