Scam for Cardholder-service robocall. Was told by representatives that they would save me $4500.00 per year by reducing my interest in zero or low rate credit cards. Was passed to a person who called two card companies who reduced interest rate from 28.49% to 17,24% and 14.24% to 12.24%. Then charged my card virtual terminal without my approval.
