My husband has a London Fog leather jacket. The zipper broke and thus, I contacted London Fog to see what they recommended. They asked me to take pictures of the jacket and zipper and they would determine if I should send it back for repairs. I sent them 4 detailed pictures and they asked me to send it back. It cost me about $18 to ship it to them. When they received it they said they could not fix it and shipped it back. I told them I thought it was really poor customer service and now I was out $18.

London Fog doesn't stand behind their products and thus, I would not recommend buying from them.
