Wen i lived in New London in 07 i ought a car from
Drive Motor Group (owner Frank Hewitt) who was in partnership with Johnnies Auto Sales. Also of New London.
3or 4 weeks into making car payments at the car lot Frank informed me he was closing the doors and if i paid him 1/2 of what i owed on it he would call it good and give me the title. I gave him the remaining
$700 got my receipts showing its paid off but thats ALL!!! Ince it had only been that short of a time the title wasn't back yet. Frank told me as soon as it came in he would send it to me needless to say it's been 4 years, I am now living back in Ks. And i have a car with 218,000 mles on it that is in need of more repairs than what it is worth!!! I can, t trade it in or even sell it to
a junkyard because i have no title just receipts showing its paid off. I really need my title!!! Please help!
