Care.com Mrs. Showcross hired me to be her full time Nanny for her 3 year old son. She was a supposed to be moving from Canada. She sent me a cashiers check from US Bank for $2850.00 which I deposited. She immediately asked that I forward money to her realtor and her others via western union come to find out the check was not real. Bank of America released the funds apparently before the check cleared. I am now on the hook for a 2900.00 negitive balance in my checking account because the US Bank cashiers check was counterfit.
