Same as everyone else ordered dvd before christmas (as a gift) as of february nevery arrived. Follow up inquiries answered with very courteous emails about reasons for delays - sent from shipper should arrive - will follow up. Cannot provide tracking number because "free shipping" for customer's benefit did not provide tracking number. Then they will track with sender, now most recently delayed because of customs - they paid customs cost of $18 to benefit us at no cost. Should arrive anyday now. Maybe did not arrive because no one was home. Always lots of (Inappropriate Content Removed). Read all the other complaints about this company. It is a scam. The company does not even have a phone number. Most recently went back on website in an effort to see what was going on. Now they do not even have payment options for our state. Recent report of a multimillion dollar scam involving visa and group starting non existent businesses with visa relationships. I suspect this company is one of them. Soulution - cancel payment with your credit company before it is too late.in the future deal with reputable companys like those on ebay who accept paypal payments that will protect you. Before ordering anything on the internet - google the name of the company complaints to see what you are getting yourself into. If you do not cancel payment in a timely manner (as dictated by the law) you loose all rights of recouping your losses. This is what these scam artists are banking on.
