When I called to order a free trial, I was expecting it to be free and that if I did not cancel within 30 days that I would start to receive shipments. When I tried to call and cancel I was told I was going to be charged two additional payments of $79.95 for not cancelling quickly enough. I never agreed to pay $168 dollars for a "free trial." (I paid $8 in shipping for the free trial) This company assumes everyone is supposed to read between the lines because it never stated this at any point and I didn't receive the statement that was supposed to explain it either. I was told "of course we don't give our product away for free!" as an explanation as to why I was being charged. After requesting a supervisor contact me, I was told that I will not be charged the second payment and my account will be closed, but that remains to be seen—and I want my $80 back! I feel like I was tricked.
