The company promises a free trial. This is not true. When you get the package (no return address, nothing anywhere that I could find to find out the location of the company) the enclosed info states that you have 14 days from the date of your order to try the product. The package takes 1 week to arrive, so you really have only 7 days. Then they say that you have to call the company to get a return ticket within that period of time, otherwise so will be billed on your credit card automatically for the so-called FREE TRIAL OFFER, PLUS REFILLS THAT WILL FOLLOW. I did phone to cancel and ask for a return ticket as per their own instructions. I was on hold for 45 minutes.in the end I had to call my credit card company to tell them not to process any more payments for this company.
