Mizulean and Pura Cleanse

I ordered the free trial of Mizulean and Pura Cleanse for total cost of shipping only $4.95. I received a months supply and a letter with the product re 14-day introductory offer ending 14 days from order date. My credit card would be automatically charged $69.95 for the trial bottle of Puracleanse and $89.95 for the trial bottle of Mizulean. I was not satisfied with this offer, phoned to cancel and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number with instructions to return the product with no further obligations.
Final out come was that they would charge my credit card $44.98 for each product and that they would send a $50 gift certificate for Canadian Tire a charge of $1.95. Also a promotion for $100 free gas for $1.95 applied to my credit card. I kept telling him no more payments on my credit card. I have not received an email. I have 4 different customer care phone numbers. The customer care rep kept insisting on connection to a net work of savings. We ended the call. Do I cancel my credit card?
