Keranique states that they will ship you a trial product for $3.95. It neglects to state that Canadian customers will be charged for customs/duty which was $31.32. I called the company to ask for a refund for the customs/duty and they said they would not refund it. Be careful, they trick you into thinking you are getting a trial product for under $4 when in reality they are putting you on direct ship for $80 every other month plus customs/duty if you live in Canada.
