I cancelled the "service" that I never received in September. My credit card was credited the amount. I was charged $69.95 again in November and December. I disputed the charges with my credit card company on January 10. Now I have yet another $69.95 charge that posted on January 13. I will once again have to dispute the charge. I have been unable to speak to anyone from this company since September... I never received any product.
