The customer service was TERRIBLE! I had purchased a pair of glasses and had personally spoken to the person who was assisting me that I was going to get a certain pair of glasses. She had assured me that the glasses that i wanted were in stock and the lens were as well. I ask my aunt to go pick them up and turns out they were nothing what she had said they were going to be. I call the store and speak to the woman who's name was Alejandra. Ends up telling me to get affordable glasses. Saying that I couldn't afford them? I don't appreciate going to a business to get something I need to have someone tell me I can't afford something If I am buying them then I can afford them. She was VERY unprofessional and summed up our conversation by telling me she didn't have TIME to speak with me? What kind of people are working there? I will NEVER go back to this place I will take my business elsewhere!
