Recently I used this company for the Living Social Deal. The worker (Jake) was pleasant but then just prior to finishing, he quoted a large amount to actually complete the job. Mind you I have a very small condo so was surprised that the "deal" only covered a partial cleaning as it does not state this in the "fine print" or when I booked the appointment over the phone. He got on the phone with the manager who then spoke to me in a derogatory manner and a very condescending tone, stating that I should have known this and what did I think was going to happen that day. Jake put things back together but by the following day, I started hearing a sound from my furnace that only got louder over the next 2 weeks. I had to get the gas company to come out to repair the furnace! I would never use this company ever or recommend them. Your manager needs to take a course in manners.
