Beyond the Rack
A horrible experience

I ordered 4 pair of shoes just after the holidays, and I am just starting to received them one by one.
First of all takes a long time before your order comes, second not even of the 3 pairs I cannot use. First pair was too big looks like a size 11 to me 2nd pair the right fight smaller than the left, the 3rd pair thy send me a wrong size I ordered 10 but they send me size 9 that seems like a 71/2 to me. With a horrible quality. The 4th pair I havent received it I am scared to received because this is a high knee boots. Oh Lord have Mercy. This is a nightmare. And if you read the label attached if you returned it it will deduct shipping plus $9.95 as well..in other words nothing will be almost left for your credit. This is a scam a waste of money. I might probably donate all of these to good will at least I have help mankind instead of returning it to Beyond the rack they got the money as well as product..
