McDonald's employs losers - McDonald's Oatmeal

My wife was driving through Lampasas, Texas, this morning. She was so tired, she decided to go to the McDonald's Drive Thru and get some oatmeal. She also ordered a cup of hot water. When she gets to the window, she was told that the walnuts she was supposed to receive in the oatmeal were not available. But that's not the way she was told. "You can't have walnuts!" Also, "No, we can't give you a cup of hot water!" (that she was willing to pay for) When she drove a few miles, and pulled over, she found out that she evidently was not allowed to have a spoon, either! And the water was a cup of cold water. She called the manager, who said, "Yes, we can give you a cup of hot water", and "No, we can't give out walnuts anymore, because of a corporate decision. If you'll come back, we'll make it right." My wife was miles down the road by then, but told the manager that she just wanted to make her aware of how her employees were treating their customers. While I understand everybody can have a bad day, this sort of thing is becoming more and more common. We no longer drive away from the window until we check our complete order. If it steams the poor baby at the window... They can deal with it!
