Poor customer service - peanut

I been a loyal customer to cvs pharmacy at 621 hempstead trpk. I feel very disappointed since yerterday. When i picked a cvs peanuts which it had a sale sign right under product. But when it was rang at the register. It was not. When cashier asked mananer murad zaman, he was very rude he screamed to the worker than to me. He said it was last week sale and item was not on sale this week. He was unfriendlly and nasty. I left the store after i have purchase over $60 in items, like usuall every week. I feel i dont want to come back to that store again. What is that guy doing there? Running away customers?
