Ordered a DVD set of Spencer for Hire for my husband for Christmas on 12/12. To date (2/5) I have yet to receive the same. I have sent several emails - they have responded to most except my last two. They promised me they were sending it out to me again on 1/31 and that it should take about 6 to 10 days to arrive. It is still not here and I don't believe it will be coming. They have given me the run around and I believe, based on some other complaints I have found, they are not a reputable company to deal with. I will never order from them again and tomorrow I will be contacting my credit card company to see what I need to do to reverse the charges to my credit card. I am so thankful I didn't spend more than I did and will do all I can to get the word out on this so called company.
