George Minukhin is the owner of Texoma Rentals and fraudulently charges for damages that never happen.in August, we rented a boat which ran fine for the first 20 min. It then started dying on us and since we were close to the beach we wanted to go to we coasted in and anchored the boat. When it was time to leave the engine wouldn't stay running so we called the Texoma Rental's location and they sent out someone to help pull us in. The young man apologized for the problem and told us that we would get a credit for 4 hours anytime we wanted to come back out.

The next day a charge for $500 showed up on my account, so I called the owner and asked about the charge. He stated that the engine had been damaged and that was how much it cost to fix. I explained to him about us having issues with the motor and had to be towed back in he acted like he had no idea that was the case and said he would get back to me. Days later I tried to call back and my number was blocked and could not get anyone to talk to me.

I then issued a dispute with my bank and after contacting him he made up a story about him showing us the damage and that we agreed to pay for the damages. So I looked up his number online and found lots of others with the exact same fraudulent charges and story.
