First, what they are doing is illegal, you must not only complain here, but also report it to the police and IC3 (google IC3). You should also talk to the real company you were trying to talk to in the first place and let them know. I called and was told they were Apple. I was told I had a virus and because I was out of my Apple Care, I needed to renew it. I was then told if I spent the extra money it woudl cover all my Apple products. As soon as I got to the tech support guy I knew it was a scam. I asked to go back and cancel my charge which they said they could not and then hung up on me. I called back today and asked to talk to someone in customer support and they eventually transfered me to the real Apple. If you look them up, they have a number for every brand of computer.
