Accident involving a pick-up of Wylie's& my vechicle. Driving vechile with no insurance and makes a fraudently statement to police an myself that he has good insurance. Now refuses to pay me my deductible that I had to pay out of my pocket, and the claim to damages sustained to my vechicle, to my insurance company. Refuses to return phone calls and own up to his responsibilites and maintain insurance on his equipment and vechicles, which I think shows a lack of responsibility. I would like my $400.00 with interest and my insurance company reimbursed for the damages that they had to pay.
