Never work for this man! He is so unfair!

I use to work for rick for about 4 months. I loved my job at the time but when he started to take advantage of me. He wanted me to stay over time with out pay. Then he wanted me to be his personal assistant but he would only want to bring me to his house with his wife to just chat and drink. And also he wanted to only take me boat sailing. I didnt find that right and when i complaint he cut my pay and started to bring a new girl in with a better pay then me and she only had done sales job. My position was a production manager and sales manager and customer service. He would have inappropriate converstations over the phone about bring escorts to his home. I wish i would of done like small claims or something this man doesnt deserve to run a business better yet even drive he takes pills at work and drinks at work.
