I ordered the "Miami Vice" complete box set for USD $90, with payment taken from my credit card on 02/07. I got the box set on 21/08, but the quality of the DVDs was terrible with programmes recorded off TV, still with adverts and with such poor quality, they were totally unwatchable and certainly not worth what I paid fro them. I wrote to them by e-mail and eventually was offered a full refund if I returned the box set to an address in Mississauga, Ontario. I sent the DVD box set back on 08/09 (having had to await replies from them as to how to return the box set). Now 5 months later and still no refund.
