The Kroger Value brand of Bathroom tissue

The Kroger "Value" brand 4-roll Bathroom Tissue is good for nothing. The description on the package is nothing but lies. It is not 'Soft-Strong or Absorbent. The facts are it is too thin, rough, weak and for practical use is not people compatible. It is low priced, but I wouldn't give 2 cents for it again! It needs to be taken off the market!
