I bought a leather jacket and chaps in Jan. From this company.
They sent me the wrong size chaps and told me the correct size MIGHT be available in three months. I told them I wanted a refund as I need the whole set now-not part of it and the rest months from now. I sent the items back and they had the nerve to charge me 13.66 handling and shipping for their mistake and said that is the policy on returns. I would not have sent the items back if they sent the correct order.
I consider this fraudulant activity as there may be other people out there who have had the same problem with them. I can undersatnd charging is someone doe not want what they orderedbut the item they sent me was 2 times the size I could wear and I have all of my emails to prove my claim.
I really feel they owe me 13.66 over this mistake of theirs, and it is really low class and cheating a customer for their mistake.
