Flight was delayed. They made us miss a connecting flight (with them also) The connecting flight left EARLY without us, knowing we were in the airport. They re booked us, another 6 hour delay. Long story short we missed our cruise embarkation. The horrible part... Our luggage made it to Miami at 12:30pm (when we should have arrived) actual arriving time 6:30pm
