I had come across an ad of a 14 day trial offer at $ 4.95 of BellaGenix and subsequently placed the order vide my credit card. I recd confirmation on 7th jan via mail that the order has been shipped and the same day my account was debited with $ 4.95. Till date, I have no news of the package. After enquiring, have recd a mail from them stating to resend my address and If i have not received the order by Feb 7th i need to let them know immediately so that they can adjust your trial end date. If I do not inform them by the end of my trial period, I will be charged full price for keeping the trial!!!
This is very ambiguous as I was not informed that we are going to be charged anything extra apart from the $ 4.95!!! Pls guide!
