Ordered on-line trial pack of BellaGenix with cost of $4.95 billed to my credit card last Jan 13. Until now, have not received the trial pack with order# 1141021. After one month, $99.95 was charged again to my credit card. I have no idea where & how to contact them to addressed my complaint.
