Ordered a membership online greendot denied payment to vender and still subtracted those same funds from my account they've THIEVES can't get intouch with anyone to amend this situation

Green Dot has stolen $149.95 by denying payment to Vender but subtracted those same funds from my Account. Can't get intouch with anyone to rectify this situation, I HATE THIEVES and GreenDot Visa Prepaid Card Corp is Stealing from me and there's no way of reaching a person to talk with about it. They're just stealing everyones money without being punished for there Crimes, where is are Justice system! (It's Just Us)
