I ordered the Hoss Bucks dvd for my husband for Christmas on Dec 3rd. On Dec 26th I emailed them asking when I should expect to receive the dvd. They never responded. I since have sent two other emails and called three times. They have never responded to me. They took their money right away but have yet to send me the dvd. I also commented on their facebook page twice because the first comment they deleted and didn't contact me. I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank, I just did this today.
