They said I lost the case even though my listing said. No refunds make sure your computer is compatible they gave him a refund and fined me $55 and closed my account. I gave them the direct website to the manufacturer of dell so they can call and ask about the computer or chat about i took a snapshot of what the rep said for evidence. They had said that his computer is none upgradeable and the man lied and said his computer was and ebay had all the info they needed to know. That the computer was un upgradeable Now i cant sell and the cpu has been damaged by him. He got it for a good price the retail value is $225 now but before it was more expensive. So eBay owe's me $300 plus the $50 that was returned and fined to me and I will submit evidence.
