“Trial period of 14 days from the date of the order” is your dirty and tricky way to do the business!

Only the period between order date and receiving the “trial goods” date is over 14 days for the most part of out of US deliveries, that’s mean you oblige the customers to accept automatically the future deliveries/payments.

Even for under 14 days delivery period is up to you to delay, through several tricky methods, potential return authorization requested by customers, as the complains showed on the end of my mail (check the sites bellow).

By the way, in EU, is against the law this kind of business way. I am pretty sure that also in US, the justice will find the same conclusion.

Because of these, I consider your charge of 99,95 $ not a legal one and I will legal action to oblige you to credit back my account (may be not only with 99,95 $!!!)
